China Green Lu Shan Yun Wu Tea

This famous Chinese green tea comes from the tea gardens of Mount Lu covered in mist and cloud. The China Green Lu Shan Yun Wu Tea has a long flavour note of vegetal, buttery, nuttiness with a slight umami after taste.

The flavour note is long and sits on the sides of the tongue nicely. The green leaves are very fine and long and the floral vegetal aroma note remains long after infusing in the wet leaf.

A great green tea that allows multiple infusions.

Recommended Infusion instructions:
Near Boiling but not boiled water (90 degrees Celsius – crab to fish eyes bubble size, see Tea Making for more info)
5gms of tea leaves to 150ml gaiwan/clay teapot
You can do a rinse but I don’t as I find with most teas, the first infusion is the most revealing.
Infusions 1 to 2: 20-30 seconds
Infusions 3 to 4: 30-60 seconds
