Taiwan Baked Honey Sweet Oolong Tea

This Taiwan baked honey sweet oolong tea was processed in the Winter of 2021.

This is from the same farmer producer as the Taiwan light honey sweet oolong tea and has been baked (or roasted) to add another flavour dimension. The tea leaves are darker in colour from the baking process and the flavour has a candied or caramelised yam flavour. Clean and sweet.

Able to take multiple infusions and great for Gong Fu cha style.
