China Green Yin Hao Jasmine Tea

This China green Yin Hao jasmine tea in loose leaf, has a lovely jasmine taste that doesn’t overpower the palate and has a hint of smokiness.
A lingering sweet mouth taste is left until the next sip. The aroma is a sweet jasmine and the liquor is a bright crisp yellow.
A great every day jasmine loose leaf tea leaving the more expensive jasmine dragon pearls for special occasions.

Recommended Infusion instructions:
Near Boiling but not boiled water (90 degrees Celsius – crab to fish eyes bubble size, see Tea Making for more info)
5gms of tea leaves to 150ml gaiwan/clay teapot
You can do a rinse but I don’t as I find with most teas, the first infusion is the most revealing.
Infusions 1 to 2: 20-30 seconds
Infusions 3 to 4: 30-60 seconds
