Ceylon Hapuogolla Red Tea

This Ceylon Hapuogolla red tea is a unique Sri Lankan tea from Hapuogolla tea estate with a soft, flaky leaf and distinctive red liquor producing a spicy raspberry character. Definitely one for experimenting with using varying infusion times.

Recommended Infusion instructions:
Boiling but not boiled water (100 degrees Celsius – fish eyes bubble size, see Tea Making for more info)
3gms of tea leaves to 150ml gaiwan/clay teapot

Infusions 1 to 2: 30 seconds
Infusions 3 to 4: 30-60 seconds
