Indian Black Assam Doomni FTGFOP1 Second Flush Tea

This Indian Black Assam Doomni FTGFOP1 Second Flush Tea has a leaf that is uniform and fine with tips, giving the liquor a bright burgundy colour.

The flavour is full and upfront with hints of malt and rich fruitiness. Does not mind the addition of milk.

The Doomni Tea Estate was originally a sugar cane plantation. The first planatations were around 1928 and since 1945 has been producing high quality assam teas in many grades.

Doomni is prized for its long leaf manufacture and has excellent leaf appearance, and tip content (the orange-gold leaves in amongst the black leaves).
