A nice, strong blend of fine black teas, this English Breakfast tea will get your morning off to a great start. Strong, yet not bitter, this tea can be enjoyed with or without milk, sugar, or lemon.

Available in 50gm and 125gm pouches

Recommended Infusion instructions:
Boiling but not boiled water (100 degrees Celsius – fish eyes bubble size, see Tea Making for more info)
3gms of tea leaves to 150ml gaiwan/clay teapot

Infusions 1 to 2: 30 seconds to 1 minute
Infusions 3 to 4: 1 – 2 minutes
